We’ve been working with Danielle for over two years now. It feels like Danielle is part of the PMD team and from the start she immediately understood our brand and values. Working with Danielle is refreshing because PR can be a bit of a mystery. The biggest emphasis for us as a business has been securing coverage in the trade titles, which can be challenging. Finance is not a sexy industry, but Danielle has helped craft creative stories and angles for trade, business and local publications. This has helped to raise the profile of the business, as we’ve had a good reactions from the pieces. We also then communicate the press coverage on social media and our marketing channels, which acts as a double whammy as it provides content from that perspective too. We’ve recognised that PR is a subtle way of spreading the word. PR has given us exposure, but it’s a much more subtle way of doing it compared to marketing and advertising. It can be difficult with PR to show a return but we know our ROI (Return on Investment) is certainly positive. As for the fees, they are a good investment - we don’t see working with Danielle as a cost, but an investment.

"I approached Danielle at Bloomin' Creative for help with a new venture I was undertaking. We were expanding our event entertainment business with the introduction of Sleepover Parties.
